La valoración del individuo es la base de cualquier sociedad democrática y saludable. Siguiendo los principios de la UNESCO, el desarrollo humano integral solo es posible cuando se garantiza la autodeterminación; es decir, la capacidad del ser para tomar decisiones libres y conscientes sobre su destino. Este enfoque busca empoderar a la persona para que su participación en la sociedad sea activa, crítica y constructiva, transformando su entorno desde su propia esencia.
The valuation of the individual is the basis of any democratic and healthy society. Following UNESCO principles, holistic human development is only possible when self-determination is guaranteed; that is, the being's ability to make free and conscious decisions about their destiny. La Autodeterminación como Derecho y Capacidad / Self-Determination as a Right and Capacity
Desde una fundamentación pedagógica y sociológica, la autodeterminación es el proceso mediante el cual el individuo desarrolla su voluntad y autonomía. El desarrollo teórico destaca que un ser autodeterminado es más resiliente y productivo. En la práctica, esto requiere una educación que utilice un lenguaje técnico pero comprensible, que no imponga verdades absolutas, sino que brinde las herramientas para que cada persona construya su propio criterio basado en la ética y el conocimiento.
From a pedagogical and sociological foundation, self-determination is the process through which the individual develops their will and autonomy. Theoretical development highlights that a self-determined being is more resilient and productive. In practice, this requires an education that uses technical but understandable language, which does not impose absolute truths, but provides the tools for each person to build their own criteria based on ethics and knowledge.
El Individuo Activo en la Diversidad Social / The Active Individual in Social Diversity
La valoración del ser activo implica reconocer su rol dentro de todos los tipos de familias y estructuras sociales. Un individuo que se valora a sí mismo es capaz de respetar la geografía humana y social que le rodea. Prácticamente, esto se traduce en la participación ciudadana, donde el individuo aporta su talento y sabiduría para fortalecer el tejido social. La autodeterminación permite que la persona se adapte a los nuevos tiempos sin perder su identidad, siendo un motor de cambio en su comunidad.
The valuation of the active being implies recognizing their role within all types of families and social structures. An individual who values themselves is capable of respecting the human and social geography that surrounds them. Practically, this translates into citizen participation, where the individual contributes their talent and wisdom to strengthen the social fabric. Self-determination allows the person to adapt to new times without losing their identity, being an engine of change in their community.
Desarrollo y Transformación del Ser / Development and Transformation of the Self
La meta final de esta valoración es la transformación integral del individuo. Al unir el rigor académico (UNED) con la sensibilidad de los valores humanos, logramos que el desarrollo no sea solo económico, sino espiritual y social. La autodeterminación es la brújula que guía al ser hacia su realización plena, contribuyendo a una sociedad más justa donde el conocimiento distribuido sirve para elevar la dignidad de cada ciudadano.

As a Pedagogue, a graduate of the Pedagógico de Caracas, my career has been consolidated in the research and application of Vanguard Pedagogy. With experience in high-level institutions such as UNEFA and Pequiven, I have dedicated my work to creating guidance tools that allow for the re-education of behavioral patterns and the healing of human dynamics from an integral vision.
